Lizzy Dolce earned her BFA in Traditional Animation from the School of Visual Arts. During her time as a student, she worked as a background designer for both television and web series. While coordinating her senior thesis film, she discovered a passion for production, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition.

She currently manages creative talent for Oddfellows and previously worked on the talent teams at Brand New School and Hornet Animations. She loves connecting people with animation opportunities in the commercial space and channeling her creativity and upbeat personality into building stellar production teams!

In her free time she enjoys taking her basset hound on long, meandering walks and designing latch hook rugs.
